It is possible to book the tours online on the Expayrience platform using a credit card. Here is the online booking link:

It is also possible to reserve directly at the tourist information office by calling 819 821-1919 or by presenting yourself in person. If you go through the Tourist Information Office, note that you will be able to pay cash, debit or by credit card.

Where do the Sherbus tours depart from and where do I park?

1) The departure of the regular Sherbus (by bus - French and English) takes place at Parc du Domaine-Howard (rue de l'Ontario) near the Blue House. Take the opportunity to admire the gardens and mosaicultures, real heritage gems located in the heart of Sherbrooke's Old North.

Parking: on rue de l'Ontario (free)

2) The departure of the Sherbus – special microbreweries takes place at the Siboire microbrewery on rue du Dépôt.

Parking: Well Sud, rue Dépôt entrance (paying either at the parking meter or with the BCITI app. Allow three hours or more)

3) The starting point of the Little mural tour - walking tour takes place at the Tradition and Prevention mural on rue Marquette (275, rue Marquette)

Parking: on Marquette Street or the small adjacent streets or in the public parking lot at Place de la Cité. All parking lots in this sector are paid for at the parking meter or with the BCITI application. Allow about 2 hours.

How long is the journey?

Depending on the theme chosen, the duration of the activity may vary.For the regular Sherbus by bus (in French or English): 2 hours
For the special microbrewery Sherbus: 3 hours
For the Mural tour - walking tour: 1h30-45

Quel est l'itinéraire du tour guidé?

Votre parcours débute au Bureau d’information touristique, puis vous entraîne à travers des rues animées et des lieux emblématiques, dont le magnifique parc du Domaine Howard, reconnu pour son étang paisible et ses impressionnantes mosaïcultures.Vous prendrez ensuite la direction de Lennoxville, avec un passage privilégié sur le pittoresque campus de l’Université Bishop’s.Enfin, la boucle se referme à votre point de départ après une balade riche en découvertes, mettant en lumière l’histoire, l’architecture et le patrimoine de Sherbrooke.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not. If you cannot show up, if you are ill, if you have a setback, the ticket is not refunded. However, please note that tickets are transferable to another person for the same outing, same time, same date. So make sure you can attend the chosen outing.

In the rare case where Destination Sherbrooke should cancel an outing, rest assured that in this case only, the ticket will be refunded to you in the following days.

What should I do if I arrive late and the tour has started?

Accepted Answer

Plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. The tour guide will not wait for latecomers. If such a situation occurs, contact the Sherbrooke Tourist Information Office to check if a date change is possible. If this is not the case, no refund can be made.

Pour la saison 2026, il n’est malheureusement pas possible de réserver un Sherbus en dehors des plages horaires déjà établies.
